IPXO company has published a mail for Turkey users.
Dear Domain Service,
We regret to inform you that effective November 6th, 2023, IPXO platform will no longer accept Turkish bank card payments. Although the option to add a Turkish bank card will still be visible on our platform, transactions using these cards will be automatically declined.
For our valued Turkish clients, adding a Credit Balance through a bank transfer is the sole viable payment method. If you wish to utilize this method, please reach out to our Customer Solutions Team for the necessary payment details.
Please be advised that any fees associated with bank transactions will be borne by you. The amount, net of any transaction fees incurred by both your and our banks, will be credited to your account as a part of your Credit Balance. The minimum permissible amount for a Credit Balance top-up is $1000.
Given that international transfers can take between 5 to 7 business days to be processed, we recommend planning your payments in advance.
Pro-rata Billing for Turkish Clients
To simplify the payment process and reduce bank transaction fees, we have introduced Pro-rata billing specifically for our Turkish clients. This billing system ensures that the billing cycle for any service you avail begins on the first of every month, regardless of the actual service commencement date. The advantage of Pro-rata billing is that you can renew all your services using just one invoice, making the process more efficient.
For more detailed information on this update and its implications, please refer to our knowledge base article.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
